Outlook 2013 is a very versatile program. This is evident through the extensible nature in which apps can be used in it. To install them, all you need to do is click on File, then click Manage Apps, and follow the prompts.
Another great part about using Outlook 2013 is the amount of free apps that are available for consumer use. So we thought we’d give you a list of the 5 (almost) free apps you will get the most out of (NOTE: you will need an exchange account for these to work).

How this app works is very straight forward: after composing an email, you can use the follow up option to monitor all replies to it. You can also set a time period for when replies should be received, and if there are none, it will send you an email reminder. It’s a great tool to stay on top of emails. However, it isn’t free. But it may be worth your money.
5. Messageware TakeNote
